      -don’t listen to requests -supervisors will gang up on you -supervisors spend most of their time on cigarette breaks -will get given a shift and then change -argumentative and bullies of staff

      Great Company to work for!

      Pros

      They have a great development program and are really good at being people, people. Benefits are great and some of the hotels they own/run are amazing to visit. If you want to develop and have opportunities to showcase your ability they give you the opportunities to develop and become more well rounded. Cant really fault the company at all.

      Cons

      Not much really. Company does its best to be adaptable to everything going on and willing to listen to any problems employees have and take them on board.

      Loved reading this review. Thanks so much for your comments. I completely agree that Valor has great development opportunities and benefits (with even more coming in 2023). We are planning on taking on more hotels this year so lots of career opportunities for our teams as well.
