      Pros

      Work-life balance, chilled startup atmosphere. You show initiative you survive. Things are pretty straight cut and on your face. A lot of opportunities to learn and work, great senior developers to encourage and show the way. Works only on Drupal with best and cutting-edge tech.

      Cons

      Feedback loops are not great, you need to find things out yourself. Keep away from politics.

      Pros

      I had worked for brief period and had to move due to relocation of my family. But within this window I had awesome experience. It was more like family where everyone cared for each other. Have not seen them treating any employee badly. But I guess you cannot keep everyone happy. Otherwise I myself been in touch with them even after 4 years. They even helped me couple of times during lengthy documentation process for my work visa.

      Cons

      I came to know from my other colleagues, many of employee benefit program like medical insurance, maternity leaves, flexible work time, work from home option, comp off, etc have been implemented in last few years. Nothing otherwise I can think of.
