Pros
Decent pay, family oriented, steady work, 4 day work week and some good folks here.
Cons
Poor benefit package (no LTD for example), stat holiday pay calculation poor (you get a % of your previous 14 shifts pay not hour for hour even if you work it), kind of a one man show at times

- Great team environment - Fantastic management team - Autonomy over work - Employees are treated very well; spoiled at Christmas - Great social events - Job security – the Vanderwell family takes their responsibility as an employer seriously - Opportunities to advance quickly - Overtime if wanted

- 44 hour work week for office employees - No paid sick/ flex days
