they sometimes paid me on time.
Cons
most unorganized company i've ever seen. half the people there are intoxicated. you will barley get holidays off. HR manager is dating the owner. micromanaged by people who aren't even in your department and the owner is very racist. all while getting paid slightly above minimum wage, avoid.

Pros
If you like to travel this is a great way to see the country. They will send you everywhere. Overall great company culture. The owner Dave Vantine is really down to earth and seems to genuinely care about his employees.
Cons
Easy to get burnt out with all the travel. Working with frats gets old. Sometimes your working in places that smell like trash, really loud, with no heat in the winter or really hot depending on location.
