      Pros

      Joined recently as a Java Consultant a month ago. Excellent training program with trainers working in corporate's for past 20 years. They give us live examples and scenarios that they come across during their projects. 100% delivery of their promises and now I am starting with their in-house project for 6 months where I will be given a chance to get my hands on experience, on all the tools that I would be using during my projects.

      Being here so far and I find exceptional practice of professionalism so as per I was not able to find any cons so far EXCEPT

      Coming from Computer Science Background and having just a novice knowledge in programming, joined this company as Java Trainee on May 2013. My manager not only worked as my couch who made me learn all the ropes of Programming but made me understand how today's corporate world work and react to the changes. I am so glad that I made this right decision to kick start my career. Though I do not have much of the experience working with this company but I can be rest assure that what every I was promised by my manager in terms of salary, benefits, etc are going to be very professional at par

      This company is learning from its past and hence its a small but a very fast paced company so if you are a slow learner you have to pull up you socks and work harder
