      Pros

      Simultaneously cross trained in some process which provides more knowledge. More flexibility in compare to other, specially for ladies this is a best place to work. Takes care of its employees without any partiality.

      Pros

      Overall benefits are really lucrative. Yes for female employees the environment is very good and convenient. Looking to the majority or minority of female staff this environment is secure and good. Good yearly appraisal cycle and no repetitive work

      Cons

      There are no other branches outside ahmedabad and so the company must think for its expansion towards delhi, pune, banglore, mumbai and hyderabad.

      Getting nice perks for additional hours of work and no politics at all like other non reputated companies. Growth is fast and definite. Excellent and mind blowing opportunity to rise in career. Nice workplace and great work culture with Global Exposure.
