Pros

Learn entrepreneurship skills where you are asked to manage your own business and doing whatever to make the most profits out of it. Also learn interpersonal skills as it requires students to go out into the community and provide service to the people there.

Cons

The heat during the summer months could sometimes be unbearable but at the same time would work as a motivation to get into houses.

Pros

if you are looking for a very challenging, yet creative experience that will get you out of the pack then Varsity is the number one place to work. its basically a sales company for students of all fields looking to develop leadership and services mindedness. It also a great place to develop team spirit while prompting positive competition among reps.

Cons

In as much as Varsity is a great place to grow and build character, its really hard. At first one has to be ready to relocate for the whole of the summer, learn to find a place to stay in a strange town, register with the local authorities then go out and sell books the moment you are settled in
