    Pros

The teams are friendly and encourage you to review your day and to constantly improve yourself and your way of working. If you’re good at the job you get good pay.

    Cons

It’s commission based so it’s not stable payment. Locations to work given at short notice and long hours. Not ideal for those that rely on public transport.

    Don't work here

    Pros

There are no positives to working here

    Cons

Terrible place, they will fill you with lies about owning your own business when in reality you will be working ridiculous hours, standing outside trying to get people to buy into a charity. Most people don't actually care about the charity, they're just in it for the money and play on people emotions. Commission only, delusional environment and most people I know leave quickly.

    Not the best

    Pros

Good for personal development and learning new skills fast, positive environment. Potential to make a lot of money but don't get your hopes up, I had weeks where I worked 60-70 hours and make £0 remember commission only

    Cons

Not the best, normal day for me was 9.30am to 10pm which is long and they prefer you work 6 days a week - Saturdays are shorter above are week days hours. Didn',t get paid for last 2 weeks of work, I was lied to about certain things e.g. how many are successful in the industry you have to pay for everything, normal day expenses around £5 -£10. Sometimes you go on road trips which you have to pay to go on. This is like a business trip where you pay for transport, accomodation, food and everything really. Also people at a higher stage have a huge ego they say stuff like get to their level - 'get to leadership'

    Awful place to work

    Pros

Good people working there, unfortunately there being brainwashed

    Cons

Everything from the pay, to the scheme, to the ideology. They advertise as a marketing role when in reality it's a door knocking roll, which is false advertisement. They offer a great opportunity with fast progression, what they don't tell you is that only 1 out of 100 will be able to hit the criteria. I worked along side people who were on the same wage as me per sale who had been there for 4 years. If you don't perform, Vas and others instead of offering constructive criticism simple say it's pitch, pace or attitude. They are secretive with their operation, playing employees against one another and the only interest Vas has is to build his own pocket by working 3 hours a day. Without a doubt the worst place I have ever worked! Not only that they think it's acceptable to work people 60+ hours a week.....

    Pros

    Cons

100% commission based Basically trying to force people on the street to sign up to monthly subscriptions of things they do not want The interview process is a complete waste of time and is made to make you feel wanted and respected although in reality they accept everyone It's basically a loophole pyramid scheme VERY Long hours for potentially no pay

Put on a suit just to act like a prat

    Pros

Insightful Good talks Friendly people I guess?

    Cons

Very loud work environment (you’d go insane if you want this to be your full time job). Doing dog work on the field for a commission pay - hardly worth it. You’ll be lied to about the pyramid scheme, realistically you’re going nowhere with VP, look for a better job with a solid pay rate. Social distancing is unheard of here. You’ll probably catch coronavirus in a day. Put on a suit to act like a prat really, very shabby working environment, no desks, no computers, no real office space, loud deafening music - cannot hear yourself think. Pay rate is non existent, feels like you’re doing the job for nothing in a suit. Very weirdly energetic people screaming “juice” at the top of their lungs for whatever “marketing” reason. No real direction as to what to do. Not sure if people there are trained deceivers or are genuinely nice, seem to use their marketing tactics in the way they speak to you. All in all, poor job if that’s even what you want to call it.

    It’s not worth it

    Pros

Might gain some confidence speaking to people They emphasise the importance of not relying on a job as a job doesn’t mean stability.

    Cons

    - You’re paid only on commission. There’s a high turnover rate- people come and go all the time. Only a few faces stay consistent. - You work as self employed and do your own taxes. They don’t advise you about how to do any of it. - the interview is long and made up. They can choose any kind of task they want to set. - the interview consists of them asking you to arrive around 7am. Then watching them do there morning routine of high fives, playing loud music etc to get people worked up. They then take you out without telling you where for an observation. Usually into a strangers car or if you drive then your car or onto public transport to go about an hour out. You have to pay for your own tickets/mileage. From there they have you sit and do tasks the entire day from roughly 9am-5pm. Sometimes later depending on when they finish. You arrive back at the office around 6 but they’ll make you wait a long while before reviewing the day. Then you may or may not get the role. - You’re expected to join all evening team events and youre weekends should also be spent working. You’re expected to be taking network calls to show your commitment outside of work. If you don’t do these things they’ll probably indirectly call you for it but if you do they’ll praise you highly. All in all you’ll be spending most your time with these people. They’ll praise you for not spending time with friends and family. - they have a thing for road trips. This usually means you have to pay for your own accommodation and all spendings. If you’re a team leader and one of your newbies can’t afford it, expect to pay for them. If you’re running a road trip, expect they’ll ask you to book the whole trip out of your own pocket and wait for people to pay you back. Some of whom won’t. - toxic positivity. Hustle culture. They used repetition to get the message into your head that if you leave you’re weak because you quit. They also make it seem like this is the onlyyy way you can make money and get success meanwhile most their people share houses and are cramped together. - they usually target graduates, young and/or desperate people who aren’t aware of MLM’s. They’ll you they’re not a pyramid scheme. They’ll you how you can be your own ceo by working with them. They’ll tell you about how you can become a Vice President. But most people don’t even stay for 1-3 months. - you’re really working for credico. They won’t tell you that. Most people probably aren’t even aware unless they’ve been there a while. These are small companies under credico as this way credico doesn’t need to be held accountable for any actions. - these places might change their names frequently. They usually sell charity donation subscriptions, gas and electric and betting.
