Joining Vault49 was an exciting step for me, as I had already partnered with them from the client side. I knew how special they were regarding their strategic and creative approach. Now, I had a chance to work closely with the leadership team to open the London office. The team grew one by one. Each new addition taught me something new and inspired me, and I quickly realized that we were building something special globally. Vault49 is a team that is passionate and driven to do exceptional things, support each other, and welcome differences to thrive together. There is no ego, no politics, and no hierarchy structures. Just real people doing awesome work and enjoying it. I spent 4.5 years with Vault49, making the best memories (including two years during a global pandemic). All this was made possible because of my relationship with the founders. The trust, support, and friendship we built together over the years led to many achievements and countless laughs along the way.
