      Pros

      Perfect team vibes! Great exposure to global clients and fast-paced campaigns. You get a lot of ownership early on, especially in execution, optimization, and reporting. Strong learning curve if you’re proactive, with opportunities to work across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic). Collaborative teams and a dynamic agency environment. A lot of sonstant trainings and opportunities for certifications and learnings!

      Not very high salaries, work-life balance can fluctuate due to the working model (9 h per day, 4/5 in person)

      Fast past environment. Creatives/creators get to present to clients. Vayner EMEA offices working together on campaigns for EU audiences. Recognised effort.

      Cons

      At times the work environment felt chaotic and stressful. A lot of pressure for creatives/creators to deliver work on unrealistic timelines. Some clients come and go too often.
