Pros

Good work life balance. Colleagues are friendly.

Cons

Manager is not an easy going person. They don't treat you well. You have to struggle a lot even for applying a single leave. The pay is very low. The increment is also very very percent. They are not professional at all. A bit partial towards local employees. Notice Period: They say its 1 month, but there is some hidden rule that you will get to know once you join the company. For instance if you resign on 15th December, 2015, they will relieve you on 31st January, 2016 wherein they should have relieved you on 14th January, 2016. The rules are crazy. Due to this you may miss good opportunity at your next company. The notice period not negotiable and no buy out option. If you have no other option, work here for not more than 18 months and move on to some other company with better job prospects.

Endless product defects, mediocre compensation, aggravated customers

Pros

There are some brilliant and long-tenured engineers at this company. The industry can be exciting.

Cons

Company has overextended itself and sent bespoke configurations to a great many customers, and is battling endless major defects of all kinds. The volume of defects and tech debt is unsustainable for a company of this size. Customers are receiving poor quality products, and the company is stringing them all along with mostly empty promises while not investing enough to deliver results (despite having plenty of positive cashflow). Cliquey senior management promote each other quickly and/or hire external candidates from the same companies repeatedly.
