Pros

*cant remember any pros for it.

Cons

*no scope for growth in career. *they dont care about what experience you have or what you are capable of all they care is you have to do what ever task is assigned to you even if it does not in anyway relate to your career and work every sunday or even public holidays from morning 10 to night 8 and most preferably night shifts for around 10-12 hrs. *make employees to work on sundays and in public holidays with sudden intimation. *freshers are asked to work on each and every platform regarding requirement(java, oracle apps, iphone, php etc.) *appraisals only once a year. *freshers are paid only after first 6 months experience of work and have to sign 2 years of bond with no stable technology to learn they would have to work on each and every platform making them fit for nothing and useless after coming out of company. *employees are forced to work on night without any proper benefits or minimal *advice to fellow job seekers avoid it if you dont want to waste minimum 2 years of your life and career.

Pros

won't look like IT organization

Cons

There is no IT environment & culture in the organization. No respect for employee and saturday is working, some times need to work on sunday. Management take decisions dynamically, there is no policy and system in place, better not to join this company.

Pros

Salary will be paid at correct date. If you are stuff guy, you can survive and you will be an independent developer. Hikes are very good, but starting salary is less than 5000.

Cons

Salaries are too low. To Freshers they wont pay minimum for three months, it may extend up to six/ seven months too. Many of the freshers, worked and leave the office with out getting paid. Freshers have to submit certificates, they will hold for 2 years. They will take blank cheque for 2Lacks. if you leave office with in 2years, they can take legal action. And you have sign on agreement too, for two years period. They will move you one platform to another. Targets of the tasks are too short, So you have to spend more time in office, But they wont pay for extra hours. they will pay for 8Hrs only. For freshers no holidays, even they have to work on sundays too. For seniours, who completed 2 years bond, (anuval leaves-7, sick leaves-4, casual leave-5, public holidays > 6, optional-4) There is a structure of company, like HR, PM, Lead... But CEO wont play them their roles. He put finger in every work. He treat employees as slaves. He never allow any one to share their views about any thing. He do what he want, No matter who are loosing because of it. I don't want to recommend any one to join here.
