Interview with an incompetent hr who scout me on indeed, set my interview and then after two weeks pretending to scout me again like I have never performed the first interview. An Operation Manager that doesn’t know how the job position is writing ( the job position mentioned sales, and not a junior profile) The interview was made by the hr and then by the operation manager (2 weeks) and after two reminders about a feedback, they tell me they were looking for a junior profile. Absolutely disorganised company, with no respect for people and a huge way miles away to improve.

Besides the fact that the schedule changed randomly from 11 to 8 to 9 to 5, the pressure for money was insane. The amount of micromanagement was unbearable, from listening to our calls to checking how many we made per hour. The ‘goal’ of calls felt more like a threat about what would happen if we didn’t reach it. Not to mention that most people only came to this position as apprentices, because no one could put up with that kind of environment on a full contract.
