Pros
The employees are very knowledgeable. They always want the customer happy. They just seem to hate their jobs.
Cons
Upper management is too full of themselves to give their employees the credit they actually deserve. That business would be nothing without their original staff and how much they actually do. Treat your employees like they actually mean something to the company THEY run for you.
