      Pros

      Cars are cool, good people, good pay for the area.

      Cons

      Lack of structure. No one knows what's going on and departments constantly blame each other for any mistakes. I think they scaled too big too fast.

      Pros

      One of the better paying jobs in the area. Benefits are mediocre but they have everything.

      Cons

      They don’t care about their employees, at all. You are expendable, you are a number. Your personal life is nothing compared to your work life to everyone in management. It’s the worst working environment you could imagine. HR nightmare, all the C Level staff have terrible social skills, managing skills, and care more about $$$, then culture. I’ve been called disgusting names by managers. Racial slurs, etc.

      Great leadership! All leaders are alinged and pulling in the same direction to meet the 1, 3, 5 and 10 year goals. A fast paced environment with loads of opportunity to learn new skills. Continuous improvement is at the companies core, so be ready to embrace change. The heart and soul of our 100+ team members can be seen in each and every vehicle that is reborn.
