Pros
Big on team building and creating a happy and inclusive environment. Regular events to celebrate birthdays and achievements and just because! Very open to new suggestions and constantly pushing to improve employee welfare and job satisfaction. Great to be so close to the town.
Cons
The office and facilities are a little tired but I know they are looking to improve that.
