Small company with minimal upward mobility Some people have no heart for the drivers. No raises just constant pay Doing well or bad makes no difference sometimes

This is my second week on a dedicated run the first week they couldn't find a truck then the one they stuck me with the clutch was either out of adjustment real bad or was about gone not to mention the five I looked at all should have been classified as a biohazard as filthy as they were. Then when it comes to load assignment last week sent me to 3 places to find a trailer which after all 3 places cane up empty I asked in office don't they have trackers and they then replied yes so looked on computer and seen it was in Little Rock AR.. So sent me to find another trailer.. So knowing I was going to need another truck for my second week they send me after one saying it was good.. When I got to the shop and put key is and turned to on position the only thing that came on was the wipers even though wiper switch was off no lights or anything on dash were on. So the sixth truck was a no go so then they had another in Indianapolis that I had to ride with another driver to Indy and got a truck drove back to Lafayette to look for my trailer which they can't find and then the second trailer they can't seem to find . So now almost 9 hours later am still sitting here waiting for an answer besides they said that they are not paying detention time
