At VeoRide, we pride ourselves on the diversity of our team and the unique contributions that each and every team member brings. As a technology leader in the micromobility space, we are in a rapid growth phase in a highly competitive industry. We understand that our growth trajectory and the performance expectations that come along with that may not be a match for everyone. Still, we have an open door policy for all of our employees to engage with any member of our leadership team to discuss any issue they may have—we afford every departing employee the opportunity of an exit interview with one of our co-founders or Head of People Operations.
