-Awful company structure -Terrible raise and bonus structure -benefits are a joke -Even if you go above and beyond and show everyone that you are an amazing engineer, if the higher ups want you gone there’s nothing you can do about it. -I wouldn’t waste your time with this company there are much better places out there that will treat you better.

The executive team appointed by the Private Equity owner is absolutely clueless, they don't understand the business and are not even present on-site. Top-down decisions with senseless rationale, disregarding the team who has been working there for decades. Micromanaging to the extreme, absolutely zero decision making power to anyone, every small decision has to go all the way to the top and it takes weeks if not months to get a simple yes/no answer. They just want to flip the company and double their money, No one cares about the long-term, let alone the employees; it's all about making a quick buck and sailing into the sunset for the next flip. This ship is sinking, stay away.
