      Gaslighting Galore

      Pros

      I learned a lot of life lessons. The main one being to run away from companies like these.

      Cons

      Endless gaslighting, unethical procedures, unethical BCBAs, unethical CEO. The president of the company could care less about the RBTs and staff retention. The supervisors have huge caseloads, which leads them to neglect staff and clients. I really don’t know how these people sleep at night, but once you meet the CEO and President in person it makes a lot more sense.

      The families you work with are usually friendly

      Cons

      Management does not care about you, you are just an organism that makes money for them. I had multiple supervision issues with all my managers, none of them cared about what I said some of them did not even acknowledge my emails or phone calls. This company receives severe behavior students but the managers do not know how what to do, therefore it is a really hard job.
