      Pros

      -learned a lot about property management -you get commission (after 90 days) -the tenants are awesome

      Cons

      -besides a quick training week you get thrown in on your own and that causes a lot of confusion not just for you but for your tenants. -IF they ever pay you your commission -lack of management - when I worked there it was more of being scared of getting fired all the time since there was such a high turnover rate -most of the turnover was from employees quitting due to high stress

      The only pro I could think of this job was communicating with the tenants.

      Cons

      very high turnover, people only seem to be in the office for a few months and then get fired, stressful and no training.

      Pros

      Different from day to day. Always going to different area for material or different apartment complex to perform necessary work.

      Cons

      Since day one they have been talking about people behind there backs about if they should cut their losses and get rid of them. Made for a very uncomfortable place to be when they are alway worrying about getting let go.
