Great team of people from top to bottom who work together to bring solutions to clients that provide immense value.
Cons
VMS is managing through the growth that comes with both creating a new solution that is destined to disrupt the retirement business, while delivering a top notch client experience that their customers have come to expect. The company has been able to succeed in this evolution by maintaining a nimble and adaptive approach to service and development.

Good team, and leadership to work with. Flexible with work locations and no micromanagement.
Cons
Lower pay scale for the work. Lot of lay offs and changes within short periods.
