      Terrible place to work

      Pros

      1 hour lunch and you have the ability to go as you please

      Cons

      Not a good place to work. Pay is low. Benefits are terrible. New employees are not given training. Ceo is usually drinking alcohol in his office and comes out of the office to berate employees. Developers give their work to the project managers. Senior project managers do not assist junior ones, and leave junior project managers hanging. If you are having medical problems, they will try to fire you, unless you have a lawyer. My advice is avoid if you can, there are better employers out there.

      We have no idea who this is nor have we had any situation that remotely sounds like this. We are a small tight knit group of professionals who treat each other with respect and complete professionalism. The accusations in this review are completely inaccurate and unbelievably unprofessional. The CEO is a dynamic man who treats people well and upholds complete professionalism at all times. We take care of our own and we pride ourselves on doing great things despite out size.

      Pros

      Company leadership has great long term vision for the company and is always working to be relevant to the market. Good culture, easy going "work hard play hard" mentality.

      Cons

      Not a lot of training or development, and the benefits are non existent or rough.
