Pros
Job security Good pay for lateral entry and less deduction in salary. Variety of projects where you will learn and grow. Team outing and benifits like all big company has in terms of party in 5 star hotel and compensation for late night work beyond 8pm . Team is good and helpful
Cons
Manager worst but not all manager mine project was special case . Although AVP VP is helpful in comparison to him. Give less pay to old employee and more pay to lateral entry. No work life balance. If you are junior then ok but if you are in TL and above and even SE/SSE then it's daily habbit of working beyond 10/12 hrs
