Remote working is a big plus, and everyone at the company is flexible to make this work, even for all the different timezones we're in.

My Veryon journey started with a transparent, well communicated, two way interview process, followed by being welcomed and onboarded by a supportive team who are always available to support. The Company values were shared with me early on and now that I am a few months in, I can see so many instances where these values come to life - they are not just words on a piece of paper! There is a real focus on team involvement and collaboration. The team all have the opportunity to recognise and reward each other within departments and also cross-functionally. There is an open culture for asking questions and a feeling that you can always ask for any support when needed. Guidance is given through regular 121s with managers/colleagues and through programs such as the Company's mentorship program. Veryon demonstrates a progressive & innovative approach in a super cool industry. I will never tire of hearing the passion shared from more experienced industry team members.
