During summers they will put one guard 12 hours then relocate to other site to cover more hours until guard gets coverage from another guard. Guards will sleep onsite especially in Sedona, Flagstaff, and other sites that are harder to get to. APS doesn't know this tactics. Safety risks. OSHA violations with Restroom breaks, there no portable restroom at site sometimes have to drive 30 minutes to use restroom. Supervisor is suppose to relieve guard at site for restrooms. Sites don't have coverage. Safety risks. Multiple contract violations.
