Pros
Genuine team members, who support each other but there is no managerial support.
Cons
This is the worst place I have ever worked. 1. The management is completely non existent, there is no organisational structure. 2.The job description you apply for will never match the job role even marginally. 3.The founder complains and talks about other members of the business and can be very unprofessional making unnecessary comments and remarks. 4. Management including the founder often puts down their team members and will throw you under the bus. 5. No training or support provided as a new joiner
