Pros

Vial is a great company with lots of room to grow. If you can demonstrate knowledge and the preparedness to complete a task you will be rewarded. Vial is a fast moving start up and its employees wear multiple hats. I have enjoyed rounding out my professional skill set with Vial.

Cons

There is a lot of work to be done but that is simply part of the job.

Pros

Lots of very smart, talented and motived people. Pace is fast and everyone is curious.

Cons

Challenge to manage the chaos of a startup, esp one this fast growing. Balance culture of CRO talent vs tech is also a challenge and one that is not always done well. Often a challenge of one side feeling like they aren't being heard. It's gotten better then worse then better again. Idk where we will end up on it but generally seems like this is the one thing to work on.
