Amazing learning opportunity technically. Great company to work for after graduation, Very respectable in the industry and adds great value to resume

Pay is on lower end, very stressful all the time. HR department is bad in recent years.

Good benefits and compensation. Stock options are good but only if you work there a long time to let them mature.

Cons

All the departments seem like they are competing with the other departments to not be the worst. Everyone wants to hide their problems from quality and other management instead of working together to fix them.
