Thank you for the 5-star rating and positive comments about our benefits and progressive attitude – we greatly appreciate it. We also value your feedback on the need for more competitive benefits. While we believe our benefits are already competitive, with globally benchmarked salaries and offerings such as private health care, share awards upon joining, generous holiday entitlements (including the option to buy additional holidays), and employer pension contributions up to 14% in the UK, we continuously review them. For example, we recently improved our annual bonus plan and share awards, which have been well received by colleagues. In January and February, we conducted financial education seminars for our UK employees, with follow-up 1-2-1s to discuss personal circumstances. Later this year, we will launch an Electric Vehicle (EV) program to support our sustainability goals, offering significant benefits to employees wishing to purchase new or used electric vehicles.
