      Some of my co-workers were nice

      Cons

      The owners are out of touch and paranoid, L.A .manager, they think they own you and can speak anyway to you. They don't listen to their employess. Disorganized, policies make little sense, LOTS OF LIES and fake, but it's L.A. so not a big surprise.

      Competitive pay and profit sharing but in the end, not worth it

      Cons

      No HR department so management can treat you like garbage with no consequences. No one likes being cursed out by their manager first thing in the morning then be expected to operate for the rest of the day like nothing happened. If you wish to report anything to owners this just gets handed over to the same guy you’re complaining about.

      Nothing. Zero experience needed. Sometimes you worked with unqualified personnel who couldn't wrap a cable.

      Still owed thousands of dollars. Zero retainment.
