      Pros

      Opportunity to work with latest technologies. (PHP7, Vue.js, MongoDB etc..) Interesting and stimulating work. Great team work. Project autonomy. Friendly work environment.

      Cons

      Small development team, at the time only consisted of 3 people.

      - Small, lean company allows for a lot of autonomy and the chance to be a jack-of-all-trades across marketing, sales and businesses development.

      Cons

      - Poor culture / concern for employees - No clear career path / prospects / incentive
