      Pros

      Great workplace, nice people to work with. Small and nimble with potential for growth. Values employees. Allows independent thought and leadership. Now moved to a great office location. Creative work environment.

      Good people. Strong management. Friendly work atmosphere. You are given respect and treated like family. Benefits include phone bills, blackberry device, 401k, health, vision, dental.

      Cons

      Personal growth often does not align with companies goals. Involves tons of fire drills triggered on services promised to clients they do not have. Employee morale is low due to unpaid bonuses and lack of appraisals.
