      was a fun place to work at one point but steadily went downhill, money was mismanaged etc

      Cons

      promise to pay you and everyone i.e. charities, venues etc but don't, they have no shame in screwing people out of money

      pros, hell is close to home, a couple nice people there, awesome working with LDS people

      Cons

      hell is close to home, dunno how long you will work for without getting paid or taking cut, everything is disorganized, no one wants to be there anymore, don't care about putting on a good event/creating a great experience anymore
