      Pros

      flexible hours, possibly nice patrons, as well as nice co-workers, not much to ask for, lifeguarding can very easy so not a lot of room to complain

      Cons

      might have to deal with rude patrons and a lot of little kids, people may not comply to the rules making it a minor problem to watching the patrons in general

      The job itself is fun, but you'd have the same job with any other pool company

      Cons

      Management doesn't seem to care about their guards. Low pay They are horribly organized. There is no benefit to working here versus any other company.
