They didn’t care about graduates at all or the structure of the graduate programme - didn’t stick to any promises made before the scheme and didn’t give opportunities. Also pretty masculine and no nonsense culture. Managers can be heard being inappropriate towards females in the industry of which there are few in certain areas of the business
