Bad management -Many of them were rude and abrasive -Do not value employee input High turnover rate No training manual or guide Very stressful sales environment no company mission or culture

Management is disorganized, owner doesn't seem to have clear path, seems they spend money in the wrong places, very large divide between departments as well as between salaried and hourly employees. The playing field is definately not a level one.
