Pros

Excellent company that focuses on the progression of their staff, as well as providing an excellent working environment. Opportunities provided to further develop your skillset. State of the art manufacturing facility. Friendly staff and management team. In house gym and changing facilities.

Cons

Not any real issues, however, the production area has no natural light or windows therefore it get quite enclosing while working there for long periods of time.

The building was nice, free gym.

Cons

Very clique, if you weren't in the in group forget promotions or payrises. Nothing given for free, no tea or coffee or milk. Most people didn't enjoy working there and overloaded with work

Modern facilities overshadowed by poor management and nepotism

Clean, impressive modern building, been around along time

Cons

Dreadfull outdated management style. Nepotism, Lack of progression unless in with the in crowd. Very poor in house training. Only thing thats free is water, Management unwilling to listen to staff and act on it.
