Poor and miscommunicative leadership, disjointed guidelines, and repeated EEOV violations billed under “employee handbook required”

They don't tell you it's 90 day trial period. I was terminated 8 days into the training. They said they hired me as an L3 and before I could learn even the basics of what an L3 actually does, I was terminated immediately, deemed "NOT A GOOD FIT" . The training was to have lasted about 6-8 weeks and the daily feedback didn't indicate that could be terminated. I barely had 1 full week of training. So ultimately, the CON is that without being given the opportunity to complete the your training, THEY WILL TERMINATE AT WILL! No Health insurance for the first 90 days either.
