Pros
Very little- some freedom to work remotely/outside of standard hours
Cons
Actually moved at my own cost to work for this company only to be let go approx. 4 months later due to low company sales. No training, highly competitive sales staff, lack of upper management interest in anything but bottom line- a total disaster. No ability to work with customers on pricing, as this was set for us by management. Also many items made in India rather than in-house, causing delays on delivery and leaving sales staff to explain to customer (or avoid them rather than answer honestly).
