Pros
-Good place for people with family that want a stable job. -They have some nice company activities. -The bonus might or might not be good per year. -They have benefits (edenred etc.) -Remote working is not prohibited. -You get meet some amazing people from other countries. -English as main language (no need to know Finland). -They try to maintain good values.
Cons
-The future prospects can get dissapointing. -Typical low to medium tier IT workplace in Finland. -Have to work with people from a country that initiated a war. -Finnish company sold to German company owned by a Chinese corporation. -Multicultural sometimes in a bad way, if you are white native you might get racist treatment at the office from some nasty person having a bad day. -People with high standards can get dissapointed.
