      Headed in a great direction! Supportive, helpful, drama-free, and caring people and environment. Supportive team and leadership that want to see everyone succeed, which makes coming to work enjoyable.

      Cons

      As the company continues to grow quickly, processes and structure are evolving, but leadership is always open to feedback and focused on improving.

      Pros

      Small team, fantastic culture, lots of learning opportunities, casual office atmosphere, free snacks and drinks, monthly staff lunches, hybrid work from home schedule, almost all positions can work from home, company is always trying to improve, good management, health spending account, health benefits, discount on eye glasses, a couple of extra holidays, some roles offer travel opportunities, annual raises

      Cons

      Not much room for career growth, no sick days beyond what the government makes mandatory, fairly rigid schedule, annual raises don’t keep up with inflation, any poor department/team practices take awhile to change
