      Pros

      One pro is a store onsite you can buy snacks at cost. No dress code that allows you to roll out of bed and go to work.

      Cons

      The company has no direction or goals. It starts with the people in leadership roles lacking experience and trickles throughout the company. This has lead to a horrible environment where people either don't care and put in minimal effort or step all over each other to try to get noticed.

      They offer health insurance and a safe place to work.

      Cons

      Vitacost used to be a fantastic company, but sadly it declined over the years. It starts at the top with a executive management team that plays favorites and truthfully hardly works, stealing time is still stealing. The example being set is one that shows lack of care and concern, and HUGE ego's. The once caring family feeling is long gone. Benefits were reduced so that the execs can make huge salaries and bonuses. While the rest of the employees struggle to make ends meet. Kroger has failed to address these issues and as a result the place is a free for all.

      Worst professional experience ever

      Pros

      The only pros I can think of is that the paycheck clears and they have running water.

      Cons

      Most unprofessional place I have ever worked at.Every department blames the other,people fired often and the treatment of employees was a disgrace. Innefective managers and an unhappy crew.
