Tons of cons to take notes of:
- promise you a base pay of $650 and won't give it to you
- your interviewer will never tell you what the company does exactly
- will speak of customer acquisition (basically hide the fact that your daily job duties involve going to Walmart, Target and talking to customers)
-set unrealistic expectations
- no work-life balance (worked hard for over 12 hours each day)
- chances are after putting in over 12 hours you go home with 0 bucks
- mostly commission because they lie about the base pay.
- talks negative about corporate jobs all the time
- no dental, vision, medical insurance and even PTO
- HR is there just to look pretty
- team consists of mostly college dropouts and smokers
- extremely small and unprofessional office environment
