      Poor leader making poor choices

      Will probably have to cut staff so atleast some of us will get to walk away with a payout instead of long-term suffering

      Cons

      Pay raises are nonexistent. The President makes poor choices and as a result everyone gets a one percent raise instead of the usual three to four percent. Doubtful that he took a pay cut. We all know for months LightRX is headed for closure but Ryan says we should just stick it out. Now we are owed tons and everyone suffers because of one persons decision. No growth or potential to advance career. Keep hearing we will be like Progressive but that is a dream. We are going backwards instead. Forcing teammates to go back over to Prog instead as we can’t even keep them in our building.

      Employees go to Lagoon once a year, free soda, pizza once a month,

      Cons

      Bonuses change every 6 months. We hit goal, they take our money. No reason to work hard or collect more as it will just be taken away anyway. Leadership doesn’t do anything but complain and walk around. Sups are a joke. No real experience or leadership. Lost their biggest account and cut staff only to say they are turning the page and starting a new chapter. That chapter started by cutting bonuses and increasing hours for workers so maybe they should look at following a new book.

      • Following the relocation to Utah the management team has strengthened as new hires bring a lot of industry experience with them. • New commitment to risk and data supported decisions. Backed by decision scientist and strong analytics. • Great perks and employee activities • Casual environment but still very productive.

      Cons

      • Some segregation of duties is still needed but it is likely to resolve as the transition to Utah continues. • More IT and Data resources could be helpful.
