Over time the 'cracks' began to show. There was constant tension amongst the management with several altercations and slamming doors. They seemed incapable of effective communication or agreement amongst themselves so employees were often given different instructions or priorities by different mgmt members. Raises were non-existent even after several years of dedicates service, despite the fact demands and workload increased each year.
