Pros
+ Fully-remote + Room for personal growth + Well-positioned in the market (UGC is going to explode) + You get to be very involved in creating the company culture and building new processes + Seems very stable (for a start-up) + Recently announced a fundraise and business is steady
Cons
The usual start-up woes: - Things change constantly, sometimes without notice - Generally hours aren't too long but depending on your time zone, keeping "core hours" could mean you're working early or late in the day - Making meaningful connections with colleagues virtually can be hard (there are in-person events being scheduled for this year)
