Pros

Worked with some lovely people - not all. Worked overtime, pay was on time every month although some overtime shifts were missed.

Cons

Some employees were close friends/relatives to higher management staff therefore rules were bent. HR staff are against employees - instead chose friends before job. Not all the friendliest of staff to work with. Promises for opportunities to progress yourself and within the company are false, only way to progress is to leave.

Perks are pretty good here, private health care, discount scheme, pension.

Cons

Tom in HR is useless. Just completely ignores emails. Not what you want from HR. I got put on a personal improvement plan 6 months into my role, for mistakes I made that would've been avoided had I had any sort of training. Senior management lied to HR and said I wasn't doing my work to get me a record of discussion.

Car allowance was a good amount.

Cons

Management was absolutely terrible. No one spoke to anyone lower than their position, yet expected you to work full office hours THEN to go on site on the night shift on the weekend then straight back in the office on Monday. Management may have been good engineers but unable to manage people. Nothing was organised and everything was last minute and corner cut.
