Pros

The work environment is positive and uplifting. The staff is also very diverse.

Cons

Be prepared for what working in sales means! This job offers very little work life balance and some like it but some don’t. For this position, every Monday and Thursday you’re at the office then go out onto the “field” which means at a Walmart Target or Costco. You then make pitches to shoppers on promotions for AT&T and basically encourage them to switch their phone line because that’s the only way commission is made. Another thing, when I started working I expressed I was working part time and I come to find out later that there is no base pay for part time workers so the pay check is entirely reliant on how many lines someone closes. If you’re passionate about sales that’s great, but it wasn’t my greatest strength and that’s why a job that’s solely commission based is not for me. There is no gas reimbursement either, no PTO, no benefits in general. I give 2 stars because some love the operations of a sales job but it personally was not for me. I would’ve appreciated more transparency in what was to come, and higher benefits for employees.
