      Pros

      Great place to work, very good training in all aspects of door repair. Will work for them again if I had a chance

      Cons

      I was employed for over 20yrs and was let go by a new manager that had different way to manage his shop.After several months of working with him I tried to change ways of doing things,but apperently it was not good enough. Therefore he let go. I really enjoyed what I did,but I fiend what he did was unfair after all the hard work and dedicaton I gave to Vortex

      Pros

      Benefits and work environment are both pretty good at least in the main office based out of irvine.

      Cons

      The satellite, or "work" locations are a different story entirely and vary from office to office depending on the location. There is almost no training or guidance in most any position and there is very little communication between different levels of employment.

      Will do anything in their power to prevent to give you a raise

      Pros

      You get paid weekly the foremen and tech are great people and great to work with

      Cons

      You can't make plans after work because you don't know when your off they will take advantage of you and management will use it against you if you complain. Will use anything in their power to not give you a raise for instance will say you aren't determined or motivated enough even if you are and will use that for anything even if they mess up on a quote for a door they will blame on you if you can't make it happen
